Bung Bo is one of the most important form in Mantis Boxing.This form was created by the founder of Mantis Boxing “Wong Long”. Why is it such an important form? because it’s comprise from the 12 Keyword Principles. Bung Bo helps develop the 12 principles of Mantis Boxing, the 12 Keyword Principles of Mantis Boxing are as follow:
